The Loxone automation system is not just for “homes”. As it is an extremely flexible and powerful system, it can be used in many commercial applications. Cloud Based Access Control
The “Access Control System” can control one door or hundreds of doors, in one building or multiple buildings around the country/world. This system can be administered and monitored from a PC, tablet, mobile phone or laptop.
You can add users to your app at any time, with the ability to assign different permissions to each person. This allows you to be in complete control of who has access to your home, office, hotel etc. You can use the app to assign specific access rights. If a friend needs to pick something up while you’re out, simply give them a one-time code which will only work on that occasion. If the cleaner comes at 3 pm every Friday, assign them a time-based code.
Music
Whether its a small coffee shop requiring background music through one or two speakers or a modern shared office/residential building requiring music or announcements in many different areas.
The multi-room audio capabilities of this system not only allows music to be played around the building but then also expands to allow paging of personnel, safety notifications (fire, emergency), school roll calls or break times. The list is endless!!
Security & Monitoring
Security is paramount in most commercial buildings and comes as standard with the Automated System. Utilising the PIR and door contact sensors that are also being used for other applications, the automated system can inform you immediately of any breach of security straight to your mobile device if required.
The mobile device feature is particularly advantageous for a mobile security guard. Live activations of the alarm are notified immediately to a mobile phone giving immediate updates for any potential intruder. This features also offers greater safety to the guard at all times. Even a “virtual” panic button could be setup on the mobile device ! The possibilities are unlimited !
